ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS 12-1-07

This is the Official Notice of the 2007 Annual Meeting of The Copper Mountain Chamber of Commerce (CMRC). The Annual Meeting is scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 1, 2007 between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on the second floor of the Copper Conference Center, Bighorn B. All Home Owners, Property Owners and Merchants at Copper Mountain are Members of the CMRC and are invited to attend this Meeting.

 The Meeting will be held to enable all CMRC Members to ratify the Board Approved 2008 Budget for the CMRC; to elect the CMRC Board of Directors; to review voting procedures at CMRC Annual Meetings; and to conduct other such business that may come before the Meeting. Because the CMRC has undergone many changes in the last year, all Directors currently serving on the Board will be up for re-election. The current Directors are: Don McCoy, Kathy Anderson, Robin Webb, Robert Schwartz, Pete Woods, Kathleen Kennedy and Susan Byers. If you would like to run or nominate another person for a position on the Board, please contact us by November 30, 2007.  It is also the usual custom that Members provide voting preferences to their individual HOA Board Members and, considering that feedback, votes are cast by selected HOA Board Members on behalf of all units within their represented HOA. The voting process will follow this procedure at the 2007 Annual Meeting.
